PIFF Stockholm announces first edition for August 2027

Pirate International Film Festival (PIFF) will hold its first edition in Stockholm 26–29 August 2027. PIFF is a new international festival for bold cinema, sign language storytelling and the future of film.

The festival will present feature films, documentaries, shorts, AI motion shorts, new commissions through PIFF Originals, the Black Flag Grant for one bold new film idea, an industry market and a four-day public programme.

Venue partners and the first programme drop will be announced closer to the festival.
